Lovers in Paris, Philippine version is a remake of the popular Koreanovela with the same titled aired by ABS-CBN in 2004. Yet, the difference is as much as we fell in love with Vivian's antics on the Koreanovela series, KC has not given justice to the role.
I was thinking... were did the whole team failed. Was it the director? Was it the actors and actresses? I am not a professional telenovela critic. I am speaking on my own point view. And that is- Lovers in Paris failed to bring out the "kilig" factor in the telenovela series. It was a sleeper. It was not the kind of movie that we bring with us in our dream world.
Though, I commend KC for her acting on some parts of the telenovela... I hope it will really kick some butts off soon....
